Next Generation Peer Group - Community Service project

The next gen committee wanted to give back and also get everyone out of the office for some fresh air!  We’ll be working on the windward side in He’eia, they are a non-profit organization that is focused on cultivating a sustainable future.  The non-profit is committed to creating a functional model of economic sustainability and environmental health in which Hawaiian knowledge is the means of decision-making to ensure that Hawaiian culture and native ecosystems are perpetuated.  We’ll be helping them either in the lo’i, stream cleanup, or other tasks that they may need assistance with.

-Bring a change of clothes, water bottle, gloves (if you prefer your own, otherwise it will be provided)

-Wear reef safe or environmentally safe sunscreen
