Michele Zane-Faridi grew up in Kaneohe, O’ahu, and eventually migrated to Hawaii island. Opening the family store in 1993, nearly raising daughter Shadi Faridi in their little shop in downtown Hilo. Together they run, curate, and nearly live at their shops Cultivar Goods and Hana Hou in Hilo.
