The Next Generation Peer Group is a program of the Family Business Center of Hawai‘i that aims to help successors transition into leadership roles within family businesses. The peer group meetings are confidential forums where participants learn about and hold deep-dive discussions of unique issues that often arise in family-owned companies. Due to the nature of these meetings, they are only open to family members.
