Alexarae Kam has been with Altres for nearly a decade, starting in human resources, quickly advancing to personnel manager, then branch manager of the Kona office. She was promoted last year to her current role, in which she oversees the industrial staffing division across the company’s Kakaako and Aiea offices. As industrial manager, she is credited with driving key process improvements that have streamlined operations and increased efficiency and client satisfaction. She’s also a member of the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, where she’s active in its Young Professionals program, and the Honolulu Executives Association.
