Robert Santos founded Arrowroot Family Office in 2013, and since then, has led the investment committees of Arrowroot Family Office and its affiliated investment partnerships and M&A division. Rob has served on various non-profit Board of Directors, including Uhiwai O Haleakalā , the Los Angeles Leadership Academy, The Los Angeles Child Development Center, The Pepsi-Co Leadership Center and the Bruin Sig Foundation. Rob resides in Palos Verdes, California, with his wife, Caroline, and their two small children, Toby and Theo.
