There are predictable patterns of behavior that high net-worth families engage in that can create unique problems. In this dynamic workshop, we identify those behaviors, their cause and effective methods to alter these patterns to improve communication and family cohesion.
About our speaker: Natalie McVeigh, Managing Director, Eisner Advisory Group LLC
Natalie is an executive and entrepreneurial coach and practitioner in neuroscience, specializing in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ). She has expertise is in complex conflict resolution, with a certificate in mediation, specializing in interest based negotiation trained at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Natalie is a Fellow and Faculty of the Family Firm Institute as well as Faculty at the NYBA Trust School specializing in family dynamics. She is the Vice Chairperson of the Purposeful Planning Institute’s Council of Deans and serves on the Education Development Committee. Natalie is a Certified Happiness Trainer and has experience in building and developing cohesive teams through utilizing assessments and creating training curricula. She is finishing her Ph.D. at Saybrook University in Applied Psychophysiology.
